Our team brings together professional expertise, lived experience and a shared commitment to helping children and young people feel safe, heard and able to achieve their potential.

We are leaders, social-care professionals, therapists, coordinators, quality specialists, administrators, support workers, coaches and mentors. Our roles

The team around each young person

Managing Director+

More than 15 years working with children, young people and families — including leading commissioned programmes for the DWP, the DfE and local-authority children’s social care. Drawing on lived experience as a care leaver, our MD keeps young people’s voices at the forefront of service design, sets strategic direction and builds partnerships focused on meaningful outcomes.

Service Coordinators+

Champion engagement and keep young people active participants in their support. They coordinate services, strengthen communication across young people, staff, families and professionals, and make sure agreed actions lead to visible progress — working in a trauma-informed, systemic way.

Consultant Social Worker+

Provides specialist safeguarding guidance and helps review complex concerns, risks and incidents within the wider context of family, care experience, professional network and community — strengthening proportionate, evidence-informed decisions and effective multi-agency working.

Senior Systemic Psychotherapist+

Supports the wellbeing and development of our workforce through individual and group reflective supervision — helping staff understand behaviour through a trauma-informed lens, maintain healthy boundaries and resilience, and keep practice compassionate and consistent.

Quality and Compliance Lead+

Ensures every service meets regulatory guidance and organisational standards: safe, well-maintained homes; competent, accountable staff; young people shaping their services; and clear records that evidence each young person’s journey and progress.

Finance and Business Support+

Our administrators provide the financial and organisational backbone — monitoring, invoicing, purchasing, records, scheduling and communication — so resources are managed responsibly and staff can focus on young people.

Support Workers and Mentors+

Build positive, dependable relationships and help young people set goals, grow confidence and resilience, manage emotions, strengthen relationships, build independence and re-engage with education, employment or training. They work alongside young people, not simply for them.

Peer Mentors+

Young people who use their lived experience, insight and training to connect with and inspire others — building trust, challenging limiting beliefs and showing that positive change is possible, underpinned by safeguarding, boundaries and ongoing supervision.

Maintenance Team+

Keeps our properties safe, comfortable and welcoming — and, where appropriate and risk-assessed, supports work-shadowing and work experience in property maintenance and related trades.

Employment Coaches+

Help young people prepare for and take part in meaningful work experience — career exploration, CVs and applications, interview preparation, workplace conduct and reviewing progress — and work with employers to set up supported placements.

Our Employer Network+

A growing network of employers offering supported work experience across property maintenance, construction, hospitality and customer service, with expectations, safeguarding and review processes agreed in advance.

One team

One shared commitment

Although our roles differ, we share one purpose: to provide safe, compassionate and effective support that helps young people move towards adulthood with greater confidence, stability and opportunity. We listen. We learn. We connect. We create pathways towards brighter futures.
