How we help

Built around the individual

Every young person is met where they are. Our support is holistic, non-judgemental and trauma-informed, and built around helping each young person make informed decisions about their present and future.

We accept each person as a unique individual and work with them so they can feel safe, secure and inspired to lead fulfilling lives — because we believe the needs of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do.

Ways we support young people

Preparation for independence

Budgeting, cooking, tenancy management and employment preparation, with workshops, mentorship and outcome tracking towards clear goals.

Advocacy & participation

Individual advocacy so young people's views, wishes and feelings are respected and their voices heard in decisions about them — through house meetings and feedback.

Wellbeing & keywork

Regular 1:1 key-working sessions and emotional support, informed by young people's own feedback and experiences.
