Support, staffing and placements
The home has both sleeping and waking night staff. Housing Benefit is accepted once a young person turns 18. Our team includes a consultant Social Worker, an Occupational Therapist, two Managers, a team leader and support staff — each with a minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or at least a year's experience in a similar setting.

- Basic package from £800 per week, including support
- Staff complete 25 training modules — trauma-informed practice, CCE/CSE, drug & alcohol awareness and more

Housing Benefit accepted from age 18. Support levels are agreed with the placing authority.
